In publishing Atomic Suicide Dr. Walter Russell united with Dr. Albert Schweitzer’s 1957 appeal to the world to end nuclear tests, and in fact any and all use of radioactive elements. In this prophetic book, the Russell’s explain clearly that with radioactive elements unleashed into our atmosphere, the human race is heading for catastrophe. Giving detailed scientific evidence, they warn that ‘to fail to consider the nature of radioactive elements and their consequences would be a folly for which humanity would have to pay a terrible price.’
Well we know that we have not listened and humanity is paying a high price though most of that cost is hidden.
“I never imagined I would fe elthis nervous to touch my throat until 2 years ago. I check my thyroid, lymph and symptoms. My feet feel a little bit sweaty to be nervous. I was exposed in the first week at Fukushima and the damage is irreversible. Nothing guarantees my life and health for tomorrow. The mass media lies to you to keep you within the fence.”
At island rookeries off the Southern California coast, 45 percent of the pups born in June have died, said Sharon Melin, a wildlife biologist for the National Marine Fisheries Service based in Seattle. Normally, less than one-third of the pups would die. It’s gotten so bad in the past two weeks that the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration declared an “unusual mortality event,” reported the Associated Press.
Kiss the Northern Pacific Goodbye
Tepco said over the weekend of April 6th about 120,000 liters (32,000 gallons) of contaminated water leaked from the No. 2 and 3 pits. The plant’s cooling system has also broken down twice in recent weeks. The company is “losing faith” in their underground storage tanks for nuclear contaminated water and there is just no other place to put the waste water except the Pacific. Congratulations to all the arrogant men and women behind the nuclear industry—they have laid down the nuclear seeds that just for starters will destroy first the Pacific then slowly the rest of the world’s oceans.
This must see simulation shows the surface waters now radioactive around Hawaii. We know but do not want to pay attention to the fact that Fukushima is contaminating the northern Pacific Ocean. It’s a radioactive plague and it will be lapping up in full force on California’s shores in less than two years, and in fact reports of Sept., 2012 show that it’s already here.
Japanese experts say that Fukushima is currently releasing up to 93 billion becquerels of radioactive cesium into the ocean each day. How much radiation is that? A quick calculation shows that Chernobyl released around ten thousand times more radioactive cesium each day during the reactor fire. But the Chernobyl fire only lasted 10 days … and the Fukushima release has been ongoing for more than 2 years so far.
Indeed, Fukushima has already spewed much more radioactive cesium and iodine 131 than Chernobyl. The amount of radioactive cesium released by Fukushima was some 20-30 times higher than initially admitted.
Fukushima also pumped out huge amounts of radioactive iodine 129 – which has a half-life of 15.7 million years.
Fukushima has also dumped up to 900 trillion becquerels of radioactive strontium-90 – which is a powerful internal emitter which mimics calcium and collects in our bones – into the ocean.
Iodine in the Air
The risks associated with iodine-131 contamination in Europe were not “negligible,” after Fukushima exploded in 2011, according to CRIIRAD, a French research body on radioactivity. They advised at that time for pregnant women and infants against “risky behavior,” such as consuming fresh milk or vegetables with large leaves. In response to thousands of inquiries from citizens concerned about fallout from the Fukushima nuclear disaster in Europe, CRIIRAD has compiled an information package on the risks of radioactive iodine-131 contamination in Europe.
CRIIRAD said it had detected radioactive iodine-131 in rainwater in south-eastern France. In parallel testing, the French Institute for Radiological Protection and Nuclear Safety (IRSN), the national public institution monitoring nuclear and radiological risks, found iodine 131 in milk. In normal times, no trace of iodine-131 should be detectable in rainwater or milk. Radiation monitors in Canada, in Ontario, New Brunswick and British Columbia also detected radioactive iodine.
In the United States the 2011 EPA data showed rising levels of Iodine-131, Cesium-134, and Cesium-137 up to 300% of maximum limits. Hawaii milk samples showed radiation 800% above normal for Cesium-134, 633% for Cesium-137, and 600% for Iodine-131.
One of the reasons the medical establishment is incapable of responding to the nuclear threat and the spreading contamination from Japan (that is circling around the globe) is that it is an institution that loves to use radioactive iodine, a substance that causes cancer, to treat cancer.
According to a 2011 study published in Cancer[1] researchers are fingering doctors who are treating patients with early-stage, low-risk thyroid cancer using radioactive iodine, which does not increase their chances of surviving but does instead put them at risk for a secondary cancer. “Our study shows that these low-risk patients do not need radioactive iodine,” Dr. Ian Ganly, one of the study’s authors from Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York, told Reuters Health. “Therefore there is no need to expose these patients to any risk from (radioactive iodine) treatment,” he said in an email.
The American Thyroid Association endorses the use of radioactive iodine even though it causes cancer of the salivary gland—where radioactive iodine may accumulate—as well as leukemia. Dr. Ganly said the risk of leukemia increases because radioactive iodine circulates in the blood, thus exposing bone marrow to its tissue-killing effects.
Dr. Edward Golembe, who directs a hyperbaric oxygen chamber at Brookdale University Hospital in Brooklyn, said he had treated serious radiation injuries to the jaw and called them “a horrible, horrible thing to see.” When we deal with radiation we deal with death for it is the death principle that doctors are trying to harness with terrible results. Most people who employ radiation in their treatments for cancer suffer horribly, but some worse than others.

Insane from the Beginning
"One of the most tragic examples of the dangers from nuclear testing is the legacy from the "Bravo" Test on Bikini atoll in 1954. The US military failed to warn and evacuate people on nearby Pacific islands who were directly downwind of the radioactive fallout. Children played in the ‘atomic snow’ from the radioactive cloud which passed above them, completely unaware of the dangers. Since then the islanders have been relocated a number of times because their homes are still contaminated. They cannot eat local produce. People are still suffering from cancers and ill health from the radiation. There have been high rates of stillbirths, and what the islanders call ‘jellyfish babies’ which die soon after birth because of the dreadful deformities resulting from exposure to radiation.
The unleashed power of the atom has changed everything save our modes of thinking, and thus we drift toward unparalleled catastrophe.
- Albert Einstein
It is crazy for human beings to allow radiation to be beamed into their bodies, literally cooking their flesh. Radiation is heat and heat burns. High heat cooks! In the case of radiation, it is your skin, your flesh that is being cooked.
The medical establishment throws caution to the wind and subjects people to higher and higher levels of radiation with their obsession with medical testing. The late Dr. John W. Gofman, former Professor Emeritus of Molecular and Cell Biology at the University of California, Berkeley, estimated that about three-quarters of all breast cancer cases in the United States are induced by radiation — including medical X-rays, and including mammograms to detect breast cancer.[2]
X-rays cause cancer. This is and accepted it’s not controversial. Those painless, invisible rays that doctors aim at your chest or a broken bone or an arthritic joint are dangerous. That doctor or dentist is pointing a death ray right at you or your child and they have their reasons and habits that justify the whole experience. [3]
Medical radiation, received even at very low doses, is an important cause of death from Ischemic Heart Disease; the probable mechanism is radiation-induction of mutations in the coronary arteries, resulting in dysfunctional clones (mini-tumors) of smooth muscle cells.
- Dr. John W. Gofman
And about half of all people with cancer are treated with radiation therapy, either alone or in combination with other types of cancer treatment. Radiation therapy uses ionizing radiation to kill cancer cells and shrink tumors. Unfortunately it can kill you.
According to the Times, “Americans today receive far more medical radiation than ever before. The average lifetime dose of diagnostic radiation has increased sevenfold since 1980, and more than half of all cancer patients receive radiation therapy.”[4]
CT scans of the abdomen can deliver the radiation equivalent of 400 chest X-rays.[5] An estimated 70 million CT (for computed tomography) scans are performed in the United States every year, up from three million in the early 1980s, and at least 29,000 cases of cancer and 14,500 deaths in the United States every year, according to a study published in the Archives of Internal Medicine.
The New York Times reported on Scott Jerome-Parks who lay dying from a fatal radiation overdose — “which left him deaf, struggling to see, unable to swallow, burned, with his teeth falling out, with ulcers in his mouth and throat, nauseated, in severe pain and finally unable to breathe. A New York City hospital treating him for tongue cancer had failed to detect a computer error that directed a linear accelerator to blast his brain stem and neck with errant beams of radiation. Not once, but on three consecutive days. He later died.[6]
Those who receive radiation harm can experience many discomforts including skin sores in areas of treatments. The skin can break out and peal to the point of exposing the flesh. When treating lung cancer with radiation there is risk of injury to the chest wall, skin, muscle, bone and the lung tissue itself. Dr. John Gofman, M.D., Ph.D., was a nuclear physicist and author of Radiation from Medical Procedures in the Pathogenesis of Cancer and Ischemic Heart Disease. His findings strongly indicate that over 50% of the death-rate from Cancer today, and over 60% of the death-rate from Ischemic Heart Disease today are x-ray-induced.
Special Note: Yesterday I published on the recent research showing that the northern hemisphere was in fact dowsed with strong radioactive showers after Fukushima. The radioactive iodine from the blasts in Japan has reached the thyroids of billions but especially of the young who have shown large year over year increases in thyroid disease.
Cancer patients are three to five times more likely than healthy people to suffer from insomnia and sleep disruptions. According to a study published in the Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine, breathing rates can help predict whether women with breast cancer will experience sleep issues.
Oxana Palesh, PhD, research assistant at Rochester’s James P. Wilmot Cancer Center said, “It’s reasonable to suggest that simple breathing exercises may help more than we realize with insomnia.” Palesh recommended using deep diaphragmatic breathing exercises—such as those taught in yoga or meditation—to thwart insomnia and sleep disruptions.
Dr. Sircus recommends the Frolov/Breathslim device as a simple way of taking Dr. Palesh’s suggestion to a sublime level of efficiency. So efficient that not only does it beat back stress it will raise CO2 and O2 levels thus directly helping breast cancer patients beat back their cancer as well as their insomnia.

[3] x -rays are capable of causing virtually every known kind of mutation — – from the very common types to the very complex types, from deletions of single nucleotides, to chromosomal deletions of every size and position, and chromosomal rearrangements of every type. When such mutations are not cell-lethal, they endure and accumulate with each additional exposure to x-rays or other ionizing radiation
